Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does an overlay widget make my site compliant?

No. Overlay toolbars sit on top of your site but do not fix the code underneath, and sites using them still get sued. We fix the site itself.

Do small businesses really get sued?

Yes. More than 3,000 website accessibility lawsuits were filed in US federal courts in 2025 alone, and many name small businesses and online stores.

How long does an audit take?

Most audits take one to three weeks, depending on the size of the site. You get a delivery date before we start.

Is fixing the issues included in the audit?

The audit finds and documents every issue, and the report doubles as a fixed-price quote for the fixes. Book the fixes within 60 days and your audit fee is credited toward them. For simple sites up to 10 pages, the Audit + Fix Starter covers the audit, fixes, and retest for one flat $2,950.

Can you fix the issues, or just report them?

Both. We can fix them ourselves, especially on WordPress and Shopify, or hand your developer exact code-level fixes.

What is WCAG 2.2 AA?

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines are the standard courts and regulators point to. Level AA is the target most laws and settlements expect.
