Frequently asked questions
Do I have to move hosts?
No. We work on the hosting you already have, including GoDaddy. If your host is holding the site back, we’ll tell you, and we can move it for a one-time $350.
What if my site gets hacked?
We restore a clean copy from our off-site backups and work to close the hole that let the attacker in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month.
Do you only support WordPress?
Site Care is built for WordPress and WooCommerce. For Shopify stores, ask us about a custom plan.
